Where do you ship?

I currently only offer shipping within the UK. 

My address is wrong - can I change it?

Yes. If you contact me with your correct address and order number, before I ship the parcel, then I can change it. 

My item is faulty - can I return it?

I don't offer returns if you decide you don't want the product anymore. If your item is faulty please email me with your order number and a photograph of the issue and I'll offer you a full refund or another pair. 

What material are your earrings? 

All the earrings are silver or gold plated fish hook earrings. 

Where is my order?

Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive before contacting me. With the complications of COVID-19 and BREXIT shipping times can differ. 

When will you restock?

Please follow my Instagram and Tik Tok or subscribe to my mailing list for updates on restocks. 

What will I receive in my order?

All orders are packaged in tissue paper and come with my business card and some stickers as a freebie!
